You can download the brochure, registration/waiver forms by clicking the links below. The registration/waiver form must be completed and returned to ensure a slot in the class. You will be asked to sign the waiver on the first day of training. This class is first come first serve. Fill out the forms and return them to coastaerialimaging@gmail.com. This class is for 10 students only so it will fill up fast! There will be additional classes in the future. If your department is developing a multi-operator drone team please contact CAI and we can discuss a hosting opportunity for your team. If you register late, you could be eligible to attend the class as an alternate. If you would like to be considered for an alternate slot, be sure and answer the alternate question at the bottom of the registration page. You will be notified individually if you qualify. Class updates will be found on the registration page as they become available.
NOTE: Please download the registration and waiver document to your computer first. Complete and save the form on your computer, then use the green button at the bottom to finish the process. If using the green button doesn’t work, you can also save the document and email as an attachment. You will receive a confirmation email. DO NOT PRINT AND COMPLETE THE DOCUMENT BY HAND. All information should be typed. Class registration forms are specific to each class. Because information can greatly change over time, registration applications will not be held on file long term for future classes.
